Is this the lever on the T & P valve on a tank of hot water heater should be left?
Is this the lever on the valve T & P in a hot water heater tank should be left? … I mean, when the valve has to work, had to move a small lever to make this work? .. The reason I ask is because one of the T & P valve on my hot water tank is as close as a conduit headers. No room to move the lever or the test. Thanks again.
lever need room to move, but equally important need to bring additional tubes going, so if the valve is triggered and the water pressure will focus on the ground and not your face or body. Take one male adapter (if plasic If glue or solder copper) tubes several inches, if the vapor and water close to call someone, do not face
