atrial fibrillation, warfarin and bleeding?

I do not think I would be posting another question so soon, but things seem to change the whole time. I recently had a series of nosebleeds. Hospital says no link to read warfarin INR 2.5 (but four days later was 3.1). These bleeding problems. due to the explosion of thin-walled blood vessels. Today, I tried to lever the ribs bed with bruises, but is caused by a fall v. I had to strive hard and difficult to manage. This makes a lot of blood coming from the back of my nose – enough blood to saturate three tissues. I guess thin wall again, but why? I've never had that before starting warfarin.
