I have an L-shaped kitchen with a home bar. I want to separate and create a permanent center free island. Is this possible?

It is possible, but should more details and photos if possible, although it may be cheaper from scratch, I'll say, however, it would work for a kitchen installer to have access to all necessary power tools and some experience of what is needed to produce something looks like it belongs more like dogs dinner.
