One Handle

Implementation of a manager who is complaining from one owner to another?
I need someone with real management skills or a company has to help please. My husband and I own a restaurant, and recently hired a new manager. Together with my husband, I have trained this person, but I am responsible management. When I see him doing something something wrong, I'll fix. Within minutes, my husband is going to complain about what I did. I managed people for years, and have developed a relatively good management style, but I never had this kind of thing happens. It's like a child and try to get what he wants, my dad, for mom said no. Any ideas on how to handle this situation?
In my opinion, it is cloudy. I know not what they expected to win when you're just a manager, but a woman, but is being treated. Or it may just be an idiot men who think all men that women are semi-useless and stupid. What do you think her husband? Is secretly enjoy what you complaining? If I were you, I sat next to her husband and both this type and have a "come to Jesus" talk to him. Tell your apartment Power to the husband's childish, not behavior, and borders on insubordination. Explain that to complain about either the other spouse not be tolerated and is the last warning. If you can get with the program and get rid of it. It has been my experience that employees behave in this way end up sharing staff. No materials management, not my employee. As you just hired, no proof, so do not feel bad if you can. Good luck
