I had a series of small caged birds in recent years. There were those who speak and those who do not. Some are loud and unpleasant, and others who are quiet and timid. Some sing and some who squawk that. Some of the Screech and some comments back to another all day.
They are all a big mess!
1. All birds without problems.
That is, they are constantly determine their own feathers or other bird feathers. Sometimes, cats, and Sometimes the person who left land on the head. Agreement is another story. Suffice it to say – birds preen and mute. Its fall and grows new feathers in. Of course, if the birds flap their wings to exercise these feathers are scattered everywhere.
2. All birds to eat.
Caged birds would eat the seeds and the seeds have shell. Most birds do not eat the shells they have to get rid of them and how they have no hands to hold deposits – They use their beaks and shells flying. Sometimes I think that the deposits have wings when I came so far from the cage. However, all is not lost – you can buy cage skirts or make your own wrap around from the bottom of the cage to keep the seeds and feathers on the inside, not on your floor. If you do not mind the feathers floating around your house, you can always try to eat the seeds with no deposits. Pieces of fruit and vegetables. Or simply resigned to the fact and focus on sweeping every day.
3. All birds need water.
Clean water for drinking – and of course the feathers and shellfish seed. I know – you ask – how can I keep clear of feathers and shells in which each time one of these areas – Have more in water. I take a bird bath attached to the cage, but the birds prefer to bathe in their cups of water instead. So every day and sometimes twice a day – the water should be changed.
4. All birds need exercise.
Now with all that food, preening, bathe and drink you need a place for them in practice. You will need a cage with enough room in this that is free of toys, glasses and food and all that there for you can be fully developed wings. I must admit – I did not let fly out of the cage from time to time and love it. I had a little, however, that love to chew everything they can to very little in their BEC and my closet until he suffered a strip nailed to the top to chew instead. Just make sure that was not treated with nothing. Cedar is a branch or an apple works well too.
5. All birds Relax.
Now, with everything you do – you relax – Well, should get rid of some of this water and food they had. Instead of trying to catch the droppings when I go – you can use torn newspaper, cedar shavings, grain of paper and many other products are available at the bottom of the cage. Try to find a cage that is easy to clean – saves time course after a day hard.
6. All the birds to sleep.
At least mine did not. It's the only time they are semi-quiet. These lovebirds are still talking when off guard! A lid on the box of night stops talking and everyone is back, but – I have a cockatoo. Nymphs suffer from fear at night and often in the chaos of the midnight is enough to wake the proverbial dead. Chirping, overcoming not only the large parrots, but now is the whole set of them. After several nights of this – I have a night light in the room for birds and all sleep peacefully.
7. The last thing you think you need to know where to place the cage.
The birds prefer to be on the floor, if you need a booth or a table or a stable place for the post. However, we also must ensure that no plants around, and to eat. Some plants are toxic to birds and some are good but are a great loss of these beautiful leaves trying to achieve exactly this.
Once all these things are taken into account: – Enjoy your birds!
