I am not a plumber but I have to replace the two handles on my faucet preparation Silhouette Americast sink a couple of years on an island. Tap handles about 4 inches on center. Volume one of the holes to put a soap dispenser, so I thought free two holes with a single tap hole with its integrated handle. Can it be done? Suggestions for specific valves that might work?

Of course. Many single handle faucets use a single hole. You just let out of the motherboard. Sure that fit before buying.
