How do I clear the drain in a Whirlpool refrigerator?
My refrigerator is leaking water inside, and research on Yahoo Answers, I realized that it is a clogged drain. drops of water in the refrigerator and pools beneath the sharpest. There is no drainage hole at the bottom – where can I find the pipe to clear? It's in the fridge or freezer, and I have to empty the freezer and let thaw? Furthermore, how can I clear the pipe? I had the same problem once and accurate search in the back of the refrigerator and finding a black or white vinyl tubing. That's the drain. You might have ice, food or both blocking the line for defrosting is necessary. Once thawed you should be able to see the drainage, if not be under the pan in the bottom of the frozen food section above. Lie down and use a stiff suspension bar to the line out. will not do Damage to run a little bleach on the line to kill germs when done.
