Drain Package
Why some cans of tuna drain more easily than others?

How is it that sometimes when I open a box of tuna and drain the water drains out easily leaving only the tuna, but other times while trying to drain welcome everywhere and impossible to remove water without losing a lot tuna and splashes? Is this due to inconsistencies in the way tuna is packed or has to do with how I open it? How can I ensure that water is always is easily removed in the future?

If you think about it. canned albacore tuna as the drain faster because there are strong elements of tuna said pressure can not be harmed in the drainage of fluid. cheap tuna cans are made with other cuts of tuna pieces and less forceful in this regard when pressure is applied tuna flakes in the way of drainage of fluid. there is nothing wrong with the cheaper tuna is generally classified as light tuna in it has less mercury. it is best not to drain the tuna on the table, but use a fine mesh sieve or a paper towel or cheese cloth my fave. I want to leave as much water as possible so that I can add to my mix, such as lemon juice and garlic salad or higher to make sandwiches that are all wet. and the time they get their tuna in water or oil could not the speed with which the flight that taste just because it is their preference.
