What is the best way to paint on a roll of toilet paper holder chrome?

Just painted my bathroom and all its accessories (towel, counters, mirror frame, light switches, outlet, vent, fan, tile, etc) are nice white … except for the owner of toilet paper which is a chrome silver. It really stands out and ugly, and I would like to the rest room. Extraction is not an option, it is almost cemented into the wall, so I like to paint over the chrome and make it white, like everything else, but I'm not sure what the best approach is. What kind of paint should I use? Do I need a primer? How is a toilet paper first? Any advice much appreciated, Thanks! Note: Do not be uninstalled. It is literally stamped on the wall and make a mess huge big to remove, without forgetting that I had to caulk, poly-fill, sand and repaint the entire wall if I did. I do not retire, I want to paint it. Thanks! :)

The first of government. Two layers if possible. Then spray paint. I made mine with a hammer finish spray paint. It lasted 10 years. People are surprised when I say that is painting.
