Can a Toyota Camry 1997 is a 4-cylinder with 133hp pushing 20 "chrome rims?

I want to know if the 20 "chrome rims ruin engine or transmission

I have a 97 Camry 4 cylinder and will not leave their own way. It may be best truck tires, lol! Seriously, even if they fall on the wheel, I will probably start the car!
