How I can fix my faucet leaking remove pan?

Try turning the nut (all the top that attaches the handle to OFF.) Cartridge should stop. This valve may have a ceramic cartridge or can be Delta style clone. If you have a cartridge, then get a replacement. If she has a Delta-style ball with springs and rubber stamps, redress. If you has a view of the parties would be much easier.
